The data we collect
- Pilot form: name, job title, and an email or phone number; optionally your city, clinic name and a message. Please do not include patient data.
- This website: no analytics or marketing cookies. Your language choice stays in your browser.
- The Hecure application: user accounts, and visit data — the recording until it is transcribed, then the transcript, note, codes and a test claim. It is a prototype used with made-up data only; do not enter real patient data.
How we use it
To reply to pilot requests, and in the application to transcribe the visit, draft the note and flag documentation and coding gaps for the user to review. NPHIES submission is simulated: nothing is sent to NPHIES or any payer.
Keeping and deleting data
- The raw audio is deleted from Hecure's server once transcription finishes.
- Other data is kept until it is deleted; nothing else is deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it.
- Deleting in Hecure does not delete copies held by the providers above, which follow their own policies.
Your rights and contact
- You can ask to see your data, get a copy, correct it, have it destroyed, or withdraw your consent.
- Email hussien.mashieb@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days, as the PDPL Implementing Regulations require.
